APVC2021 Registration Fee

Note:

#1: Renewed Early registration deadline: 15^th September 2021. 30th Oct 2022.

#2: Only one of the symposium organizers for each special session is entitled to the special registration fee. 

#3: The student registration fee does not include the official conference Gala dinner, the conference Gala dinner ticket can be purchased separately at the counter of the conference reception. 

#4 Accompanying Person: A fee charge of ￥1100 or US$180 for each registered accompanying person to cover the food cost.

#5 Presentation Policy: There is a limitation of one presentation per conference registration, a fee charge of ￥600 or US$100 will be incurred for each extra presentation. 

#6 Cancellation Policy: Conference registrants who wish to cancel their registration before the 30th of September 2021 15th of October 2022 are qualified for a 50 percent refund of their paid registration fee. They will not be refunded after the 30th of September 2021 15th of October 2022 .
